Scott TousignantAllow me to introduce myself. My name is Scott Tousignant and I’ll be your guest health and fitness blogger here at I Will Fight. I’ll be revealing the simple and easy ways to incorporate home office fitness into your workday so you can get more done in less time and live life to the fullest.
