P.S. Oh, this is not snake oil either. they are super ehtical bizmen as you can see from the type of mental attitude and self awareness they are into too. I believe they would say it is all possible due to this Afformation Awareness.

Hi Anik,

Great Post! There’s a also another technique you may have heard of for slipping affirmations into your subconscious developed by Dr Robert Anthony.

Here’s the idea :

I want to lose weight -> I choose to lose weight

by adding choose it becomes a decision so your mind has no conflict with it.

Love the idea of rephrasing as a question!
